Profit calculator

Zcash Profit CalculatorZECUSDT

One-time, recurring, or a trade you already made - daily closes from 2016-10-28 to 2026-09-14 - fees in percent or dollars

You already made the trade. Enter what you paid and what you sold for — dates are not needed.

Three ways to use this calculator

Pick a tab above. Each answers a different question about Zcash: a profit calculator for a trade you already made, an investment calculator for the buy you never made, and a DCA view for recurring buys.

Zcash profit calculator — I already bought

You have already made the trade. Enter the price you actually paid, the price you sold at (or would sell at now), the amount you spent, and your exchange fees. The calculator returns your ZEC profit or loss in dollars and as a percentage, along with your units held and average cost. No dates are needed, so it works whether you bought yesterday or years ago.

What if I had bought Zcash

You did not buy, and want to know what would have happened. Pick a buy date and a sell date and the entry is priced from ZEC's real daily closes between 2016-10-28 and 2026-09-14 — no estimates. Alongside the return you get the annualised rate, the peak value your position reached, and the worst it fell to while you held it.

Zcash DCA calculator — recurring buys

Dollar-cost averaging: the same amount bought on a schedule rather than all at once. Choose daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly contributions over any date range, and every buy is priced at that day's close. You get the blended average cost across all contributions, a chart of the position against the cash paid in, and a row-by-row table of each individual buy.

Frequently asked questions

If I had invested $1,000 in Zcash a year ago, what would it be worth?

Buying $1,000 of ZEC at the 2025-09-14 close of $50.47 would be worth $23,055.28 at the latest close of $1,163.60 on 2026-09-14, a +2205.53% change before fees.

What if I had bought $100 of Zcash every month for three years?

That is 37 monthly buys totalling $3,700.00, worth $96,899.68 at the 2026-09-14 close — a +2518.91% change before fees. Spreading entries changes the result because each buy uses that day's price rather than one entry point.

What was the cheapest Zcash close on record here?

$18.30 on 2024-07-05, against a record high close of $5,000.00. This calculator covers 2016-10-28 to 2026-09-14.

Does this calculator account for fees?

Yes. Entry and exit fees can be entered as a percentage or a flat cash amount, and both are subtracted before the profit and annualised figures are shown. Leave them at zero to see the raw price move.

Can I use my own buy and sell prices?

Yes. Choose "I already bought" to enter the price you actually paid, the price you sold at (or leave it at the latest close), and your quantity. The other two modes price entries from this asset's historical daily closes instead.

Prices are daily closes from the canonical spot series. A date with no close (gap in the source archive) uses the most recent close before it, so a recurring-buy schedule never silently skips a contribution. Annualised return is the compound rate over the actual holding period, and is left blank under 31 days, where annualising a short window produces a meaningless number. Fees are subtracted at entry and exit. All arithmetic runs client-side against the embedded series; nothing here is a projection or recommendation.
